In this role, you will:

• Participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for technology operations
• Evaluate basic or tactical challenges that require research and evaluation
• Provide centralized command and control for major incident management, ensuring teams focus first on restoring business services
• Review, analyze and escalate issues from key metric analysis, event monitors, reported service deviations, and documented changes
• Develop knowledge business cycles and capabilities to assess the impact of technology events on the business and other support areas
• Reduce the impact of application and infrastructure failures on business delivery
• Engage various teams of trouble-shooters to assess system health and issues
• Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations
• Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree or higher.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience of technology operations in an SME capacity. Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Candidate must have solid working experience in Windows 11 Platform, VDI, VMWare, Citrix, CloudPC, Office 365, Global Protect, basics on Network Architecture, Network Structured Cabling and Service Now
• Candidate must have experience on IT Service Management.
• Must possess Azure, Office 365, ITIL experience; other certifications will be a plus.
• Must be skilled in planning, stakeholder management and communication.

Job Expectations:

• Engineer with advance level of System administration skills encompassing physical and virtual platform.
• Has a fair awareness on networks. Provides technical support associated with operating systems and applications.
• Actively involved in the Incident Management and fair knowledge on problem management methodologies.
• Will act as an escalation point for operating system support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction to L1 and L2 staff in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application, or system problems.
• Be part of internal projects in terms of execution, interacting with stakeholders and maintaining required documentation and handover.
• Assures quality and compliance requirements are met as per the required standards defined by Wells Fargo International Solutions Private Limited.
• Amenable to work 24 x7 on a rotating schedule and report onsite (Taguig)
