Senior DevOps Platform Engineer (Czechia)

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our distributed Platform team of YAML enjoyers on a mission to introduce best practices from the DevOps and SRE fields to all Azul products.

We are fully responsible for our product building and distribution pipelines (shipping more than 1000 binaries to our customers worldwide with each release) as well as our SaaS products (cloud based solution built and maintained using „everything as a code“ approach).

Our Platform team plays a key role in success of Azul products by boosting the productivity of our engineering teams and promoting best practices during software delivery lifecycle. Our engineers often communicate with all company product teams, support and automate every aspect of the software delivery lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing

• Providing cloud expertise and maintaining company cloud environments using IaaC tooling
• Automating and optimizing engineering processes
• Producing system requirements, design and other SDLC deliverables
• Supporting engineering teams and promoting best practices
• Leading cross-team implementation projects
• Coaching team members, being a role model for junior colleagues
