As a Senior, you must have a deep understanding of digital channel technologies, including the latest design trends, and the limitations and possibilities of working within them. This knowledge should be coupled with a high level of creativity and conceptual thinking to develop innovative designs that can stand out in the competitive digital space.
Additionally, you should have the ability to follow directions and maintain brand consistency to ensure that all designs are aligned with the branding guidelines. You should also be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with speed and efficiency, demonstrating excellent time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the internal design team to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output.
• Proactively committed to developing their own knowledge and skills.
• Support producers to scope and define the project approach, deliverables and timelines
• Work with other departments to ensure that best practices and quality standards are being followed.

• 5+ years of experience in motion graphics design, preferably in the digital and gaming sectors.
• Hands-on design ability to produce attractive and effective designs across multiple platforms, from print and digital to social and animated design for social and campaigns.
• Experienced with end-to-end motion delivery, concepting, storyboarding and ability to styleframe
• A passion for all aspects of design including conceptual thinking, typography, motion and imagery.
• Experience in Adobe After Effects and Premiere is an advantage
• Execute pixel-perfect design.
• Embody a curious mindset that works to develop multiple ideas and iterate quickly.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.
• Positive and committed with a 'can-do' attitude and a flexible approach to complex problems.

Note that the role will be working with the UK team so working on mid-shift Manila time is required (3pm-12mn and 4pm-1am depending on DST schedules). The role also offers a pure WFH setup however, all Manila employees are still required to report onsite depending on business needs (client visits, company events, any kind of project needs, etc.)
