Senior Director, FP&A

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our Finance team at Talkspace. In this role, you’ll be responsible for working cross-functionally with our Business Development, Marketing, G&A, Account Management, and Tech teams to define and measure finance metrics and KPIs.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the financial planning process,  establishing yearly calendars, and ensuring timely execution of the different planning cycles.
• Partner with the controlling team, to develop timely analysis of monthly and quarterly closing reports for management and board of directors.
• Lead the operating expenses management process, ensuring timely reporting and review with senior management leaders.
• Support the procurement process by ensuring budget availability and purchase orders are adequately set up and approved prior to contracting.
• Perform business unit economic analysis and ad-hoc what if analysis on a periodic basis to support decision making.
• Lead the pricing committee processes to ensure timely review and approval of list prices and exceptions.
• As a people leader, ensures all team members have high engagement, are empowered to perform their duties, and have individual development plans to grow as professionals.
• Additional duties as assigned.

About You:

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Management 
• BBA, MBA or other finance background strongly preferred 
• Exceptional ability to frame and communicate complex financial matters to senior leaders
• Advanced understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides skills
• Experience with Business Intelligence software  (i.e. Looker, Tableau) preferred
• Experience with FP&A Forecasting software and tools
• At ease with ambiguity 
• Passion for working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent attention to detail
