What you’ll do as the Senior EHS Advisor:

• To assist in achieving the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) objectives of the Pall Medical (Cytiva) site and ensure the site meets all legal, corporate and ISO requirements with emphasis on process safety / chemical management.
• To own and manage ISO14001 and 45001 management systems and environmental permitting requirements.
• To identify and interpret relevant Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, and implement necessary measures, related to all manufacturing techniques in operation.
• To assist in maintenance and improvement of the Business Continuity Management system to support business improvements. 
• To deputise for the EHS and Business Continuity Manager in their absence.

As the Senior EHS Advisor you will have a:

• Degree level qualification (or equivalent), in relevant discipline e.g. NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Management experience of ISO 45001 and/or ISO14001
• Logical, pragmatic and results driven.
• Experience of promoting and supporting positive safety cultures and systems.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Business Continuity Management Experience.
• Knowledge of Process Hazard Analysis / Control of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) Regulations.
