To strengthen our newly setup e-Bike electronics team in Singapore who working closely with team based in Europe, we are seeking for experience and passionate principal Electronics Hardware engineer that would be great if obsessed specifically with development of bicycles or electric mobility solution. In this role you will be at the forefront of designing, prototyping, integrating and verifying solutions for state-of-the-art electronics hardware for e-Bike system consist of HMI/User interface, LED light, Motor drive, BMS, etc. 

How you will make a difference

*Proven track record in design, simulate and verifying circuitry or electronics hardware system solution which able to meet its safety, thermal, performance and compliance to regulatory requirement. 
*Executing and delivering electronics HW design & development tasks started from development kit evaluation, circuit design & simulation, Circuit layout follow by releasing documentation for prototyping (Gerber , Bill of Material ) and testing 
*Having a good understanding of Electronics manufacturing and supplier ecosystem
*Proactively identify technical risks within projects, knowhow about dFMEA, dFM and ability to influence engineering teams in their resolution. 
*Responsible and Involve in the entire life cycle of multiple related complex electronics modules and systems, including collaboration with embedded software team, manufacturing test/verification methodology, documentation, design, testing, maintenance, and result tracking. 

What do you need to win

*Master or Degree in Electronic/Electrical or related fields
*Minimum 6 years of proven work experience & preferably working in R&D organisation of consumer electronics, white goods, automotive product.
*Singaporean or Singapore PR candidate would be priority.
*Proficient in simulation, schematic capture and PCB layout tools, such as OrCAD, Altium Designer, FloTherm, ANSYS ICE pack, SIMETRIX or LT SPICE.
*Practical hands-on and extensive experience with analog & digital electronics, power electronics, embedded system-based electronics circuit, BLDC Motor, battery BMS, several type of sensors, peripheral interfacing standard, cable assemblies and Display technology. 
*Good knowledge on standard such as IEC6100 EMC test suite, IEC60335, IPC A-6100 and IPC A-6200. EPAC EN15194, UL 2849 knowhow would be desirable 
*Broad knowledge of state-of-the-art components, lab tools, and electronics CAD products is required.
*Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence or knowledge in similar Agile Project Management tool 
*Ability to multitask effectively among different projects in a fast-paced environment. 
*Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*Independent, Integrity and self-driven with a strong focus on results to ensure that the whole team succeeds in its goals.
*Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
