Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be supporting customer’s virtual systems in cloud environments. Handle issues that arise on VMware, GCP or Azure platforms. Support customer queries and issues related to VcloudDirector, vSphere, NSX . Also, should be able to handle complex issues and changes on above mentioned technologies. You need to take care of assigned projects, which could be platform upgrades or implementing new solutions for our customers. In this role, you should be able to do proactive health checks of all our cloud platforms and maintain system uptime and optimal performance. You will also be required to identify scope of automation and develop solutions for the same in order to bring efficiency in the over-all process. You will be required to maintain proper technical and procedural documentation related to your day-to-day tasks.

Skills Required:

• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience on VMware technologies (VSphere, vCloudDirector, NSX).

• Working experience on NSX-T

• Hands on experience on Azure/AWS IaaS and PaaS solutions.

• Proficient in troubleshooting performance related issues on VMware cloud Platform.

• Good knowledge of PowerShell/Python in infrastructure automation.

• Excellent communication skills and should be able to handle customer calls.

• Willing to work in 24x7 environment
