About the Position
GrowthLoop is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, with an ambition to sell leading edge marketing technology to top enterprise companies, to join our growing team. Â
You’ll build and manage a robust sales pipeline, leveraging strategic partners, our world-class GTM team and your depth of enterprise sales experience, to meet and exceed revenue targets.Â
Responsibilities
- Deliver against a meaningful enterprise revenue quota
- Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline working accounts in your assigned vertical and territory. Maintain a high volume of activity including emails, social selling, and in-person meetings.
- Leverage partnerships with Google Cloud, Snowflake, and other cloud providers to drive account plan.
- Identify and highlight key use cases for prospects, while developing ROI models that enable the client to understand GrowthLoop’s value.Â
- Lead strategic negotiation of GrowthLoop’s contracts, to best align solution and service options to business needs.
- Partner closely with our Marketing, Customer and Sales Engineering teams to drive a best-in-class customer experience.Â
Skills
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business with prospects
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and emerging technologies, allowing for high-impact partnerships with business end-usersÂ
- Proficiency in leveraging a consultative and evangelical sales approach, understanding clients' needs and challenges, and offering tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
- Comfortable navigating start-up environments; you are highly adaptable, coachable and curious with an owners-mindsetÂ
- Ability to maintain a strong level of proficiency in all products, including the target buyer, product positioning, unique selling points, as well as the skills to communicate those benefits to customers
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills. Ability to deliver compelling client-facing presentations both in-person and virtually
- Experience navigating a complex sales cycle with multiple stakeholder groups in an enterprise organization.
Experience
- 5+ years experience in a closing sales role, with a focus on enterpriseÂ
- Experience in an early to mid stage startup environmentÂ
- Prior experience selling complex marketing technology or data solutionsÂ
The estimated salary for this role is $200,000-$300,000 USD OTE. Final base salary decisions will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, such as the individual’s performance, experience and qualifications.
