Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or a relevant advanced degree.
- Experience in manipulating data sets using SQL or another programming/scripting language.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with large datasets and building dashboards (e.g., data visualization).
- Knowledge of the Legal regulatory and compliance requirements, outside counsel procurement and management.
- Ability to manage ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment.

As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. You'll provide executive level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $128,000-$192,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function for ARRIS and Compliance, including spend management, performance reporting, forecasting and modeling.
- Develop and maintain tracking of KPIs and milestones with business partners to drive prioritization and Return on Investment (ROI) allocation of resources across our regulatory and compliance teams.
- Work with large and complex data sets to solve difficult and non-routine problems using advanced analytics methods.
- Drive financial and operational improvements through analysis of legal spend behaviors and trends. Present model results and implications to business decision-makers in a clear and concise manner.
- Build strong partnerships with the business and cross-functional partners to understand their issues and opportunities by identifying and listening to needs.
