Sr. Sales Associate
Row House Fitness in Campbell is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to help drive membership sales, reporting to the General Manager. The Senior Sales Associates primary function is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales, which includes following up with prospects, booking them into Intro classes, building rapport and ensuring they are properly prepared for class and selling a membership. The Senior Sales Associate also manages the front desk and assists with retaining current members. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred, but not required. Minimum of two years sales experience required.
Row House is a boutique rowing concept that strives to give people of all different fitness levels an efficient, high-cardio, full-body workout in less than one hour. This position is part-time, 15-25 hours per week.
REQUIREMENTS:
β’ Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
β’ Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships
β’ Ability to learn and use our Club Ready software system
β’ Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
β’ Must have proficient computer and phone skills
β’ Excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
β’ Passion for fitness
RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
β’ Book and confirm Intro Classes
β’ Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
β’ Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individualβs needs and wants
β’ Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
β’ Present available services to current or prospective members
β’ Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed Intro classes
β’ Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
β’ Assist with the management of studio's social media presence on Instagram and Facebook
β’ Ensure studio is clean and tidy
β’ Other duties as assigned
