Senior/Marketing Manager

This is an individual contributor role, on-site, based in Campbell, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Events Management
• Plan and execute company events, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and hosted customer events.
• Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, sponsorships, and onsite activations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on pre-event promotion, onsite branding, and post-event follow-up.
• Clean, organize and upload post event leads.
• Measure event ROI and implement improvements for future programs.
• Manage booth inventory.
Leads Management and Nurturing
• Develop and manage the email marketing calendar, including newsletters, nurture journeys, and event promotions.
• Conduct CRM campaign execution—from strategy, implementation, tracking and refinement.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling, conversion-focused messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions), and continuously optimize.
• Maintain leads in the CRM system
Marketing Operations
• Support various marketing and sales activities as needed
• Manage marketing collateral and inventory
About You
• 4–7 years of marketing experience, with proven success managing campaigns and events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills—you can manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with great detail and organization skills.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
• Analytical mindset—you know how to interpret campaign data and turn insights into action.
• Creative, collaborative, and proactive—you bring ideas and follow through on execution.
Bonus Points
• Experience with B2B or SaaS marketing; medical/healthcare experience a plus
• Background in content marketing, demand generation, or digital advertising.
• Familiarity with webinar platforms and event management tools.
