Senior Front-End Software Engineer - Technical Platform & Operations

Job Description

The salary range for this position is PLN 18 400 - 25 410 in gross terms (contract of employment, tax-deductible cost)

Additionally, depending on your annual assessment and the company's results:

Annual bonus up to 10% of the annual salary gross

A hybrid work model requires 1 or 2 days a week in the office.

We are responsible for creating tools that empower over 50 product teams to build mobile and web screens seamlessly. Our mission is to enhance the developer experience by providing a unique and cutting-edge rendering platform, robust testing infrastructure, and process automation.

What you’ll work on:

• Developing and maintaining the MBox and Opbox components
• Working on an exciting greenfield project aimed at consolidating these systems into a unified rendering experience
• Building tools improving developer experience and efficiency
• Supporting developers through daily consultations and maintaining active communication in support channels

We are looking for developers who:

• Have a very good knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, React and Node.js / NPM ecosystem
• Want to work on products for Software Engineers working at Allegro
• Open to learning and collaborating closely on mobile apps and backend technologies (including Generative AI)
• Think outside the box and have a broad perspective on their work
• Want to be proud of the code they write. Are open to feedback and are willing to share their knowledge during code reviews
• Can search for efficient solutions to meet users’ requirements
• Are eager to continuously develop their skills and update their knowledge
• Can mentor fellow developers
• Know English at B2 level or higher
