Senior Full-Stack Developer

NeoWork is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our talented team. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end and back-end components of our clients' web applications.

The Senior Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, architecting and implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring the application is robust, secure, and high-performing. Responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications from the ground up using modern technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the application's user interface and user experience are seamless and visually appealing.
• Implement and maintain the back-end infrastructure and APIs to support front-end functionality.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality standards.
• Debug and resolve issues, ensuring the application is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying relevant knowledge to projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Excellent proficiency in at least one front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficient in back-end development using frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails, together with Celery, Postgresql, Redis, Gotenberg
• Strong database skills, including experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Knowledge of cloud services, such as AWS or Azure, and experience with deploying applications to the cloud.
• Solid understanding of web development best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced development environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
• Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.

• This is a 100% home-based position
