Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of hands-on expertise in Node.js as the primary skill and React.js as the secondary skill. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications, ensuring robust backend solutions and interactive front-end experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Node.js and associated frameworks Create APIs using node JS and good to have experience in ETLs Second skills on web would be nice to have is to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, DevOps, and product managers, to deliver high-quality features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices for performance and scalability. Optimize backend APIs for performance and reliability. Ensure the security and integrity of applications, implementing proper authentication and authorization mechanisms. Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. Participate in code reviews and mentoring of junior developers. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend tools or practices to improve development workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Primary Expertise:
• 8+ years of professional experience with Node.js for backend development.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in databases such as MongoDB, Couchbase Or any other NoSQL Dbs
Secondary Expertise:
• Extensive experience with React.js for building modern web applications.
• Proficient in state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with TypeScript for building type-safe applications.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and related tools (e.g., Jira).
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of serverless architecture and microservices.
• Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with OpenShift or similar container platforms.
Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning and innovation.
Education
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
