Job Description

• Work within “squads” (small teams consisting of product managers, and engineers) to develop features across the web apps, mobile apps, and backend;

• Work closely with product managers and designers to shape the product. You are not here just to code, but to deliver impact to the users;

• Analyze business requirements and translate them to clean, maintainable code;

• Became a valued member of an autonomous and cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Backend Developer
• Proficiency in Go, NodeJS, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
• Strong critical thinking, teamwork, and independent work skills
• Experience in high-traffic web or mobile app
• Good to have experience in front-end development or mobile development
• Familiar with Git, Google Cloud Platform, and AWS
• Writes clean, well-structured, object-oriented code
• Excellent at prioritizing, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
• Eager to learn and strive for excellence
