Join us and help scale our growth across EMEA. We are looking for a Senior Strategic HR Business Partner with experience in driving meaningful programmes and initiatives across multiple countries in EMEA to serve as our sole HRBP supporting the entire region. The ideal candidate is a commercial minded professional who has worked with Go-To-Market leaders, with a passion for getting things done and who thrives in a very fast-paced and ever changing  environment.

In this role, you will report to the VP, Employment Law, HRBPs and L&D who is located in the United States and work from the London office (London Bridge) circa two days a week.

As a Senior HR BP, you will:

  • Provide Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leaders to understand business needs, offering guidance that drives key decisions. Empower local leaders to tackle challenges and support the organization’s growth across multiple geographies.
  • Collaborate Globally with Centers of Excellence: Work with teams in Reward, Learning & Development, Talent, DEI and Employee Relations to deliver top-tier support to all local employees.
  • Drive Cultural Amplification: Enhance our outstanding, high-performance culture and strengthen our talent brand to attract top-tier professionals.
  • Ensure Policy Interpretation and Fairness: Offer policy interpretation, counseling, and training for employees and managers, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
  • Foster Employee Engagement: Cultivate a people-centered culture with a strong focus on building high employee engagement.


You'll be a Valuable Addition to the Team if You Have:

  • Dynamic HR Experience: Diverse HR experience of 8+ years in scaling organizations from hundreds to thousands of employees.
  • GTM Organization Experience: Previous engagement with SaaS Go-To-Market (GTM) organizations, specifically in sales, customer success, marketing, or revenue.
  • Tech Experience: Have experienced working through hyper growth in the technology industry.
  • HR Regulation Understanding: A thorough understanding of HR practices, including local employment laws, regulations and new entity set up across multiple jurisdictions in EMEA.
  • Leadership Partnership: Proven experience in effectively partnering with and influencing senior leadership.
  • Versatile Background: Experience in both private and public organizations, with a specific focus on scaling businesses.
  • Strategic Insight: Understanding of people dynamics, organizational strategy, and talent processes.Innovative Mindset: A desire to challenge the status quo, find efficiencies, and create impactful strategies.
  • Collaborative Bias: A bias towards partnership with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience: Resilient individual with a demonstrated ability to adapt swiftly to evolving circumstances and navigate challenges with a positive mindset.Autonomous: Have experience and the ability to work autonomously in a region when peers and leaders are located in various jurisdictions.
