Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior HR Manager located in Boston for our fast developing US team, who can support building a powerful organization together with our US management team, who will take ownership for driving all People & Organisation related topics in the US.
Senior HR Manager US (f/m/d)
Connected remote and based in Massachusetts
- Define with global people team the strategic direction for our US team and execute it, including implementation of people related processes
- Identify and assess emerging people trends and advise on the potential impacts on US team and business
- Serve as an independent and trustworthy resource for the Management and Leaders in the US on people and organizational topics
- Implement key people initiatives including performance management, goal setting, promotion-review process
- Consult Management in the US regarding organizational development and align with global organizational development activities
- Drive people & organization initiatives and evolve people & organization infrastructure (policies, processes, systems) in the US – and align those globally with the People Team
- Partner with Finance to administer and evolve employee compensation & benefits and operational planning in the US – aligned with global requirements and overarching people & organizational strategy
- Relevant university degree like Human Resources, Legal, Organization & Behavior or similar
- At least 10 years of experience in the field of HR and demonstrated experience in all aspects of HR administration and regulations, including current employment laws in the US
- Experience in startups or scaleups; you are aware of synergies and challenges for people operations within a fast-moving environment
- You bring a positive, entrepreneurial and service-oriented mindset
- You bring a strategic and analytical approach to HR planning and data management
- US based (Boston) and English as mother tongue
