Senior HVAC Technician (10 years exp required)

Our employment package includes: • Competitive pay: $35-$65/hour • Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week • Paid Dispatch from home • On-call rotation (weekend & after-hours) paid OT, port-to-port • Paid overtime • Paid holidays • Quarterly performance bonuses • 100% employer-paid benefits for employee and dependents • 401(k) with 4% company match • Company-provided service vehicle • Career advancement opportunities • Possible relocation after 24 months ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Troubleshoot and repair all types of heating and cooling units, up to 50-Tons, including water source, gas pack, heat pump, ductless, VRF, controls, evap. cooler, refrigeration, hot side kitchen equipment, rack systems, C-Store Equipment, etc. • Perform welding and electrical work as needed. • Use an app-based field management software to document and track job progress. • Cover a rotating weekend on-call schedule. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 10 years’ commercial HVAC experience • Refrigeration experience is a plus. • Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems (Water Source Heat Pumps, Gas and Electric Heat Pumps, Chillers, Hot Water Boilers, Hydronic Systems) • Perform welding and electrical work as needed. • Use an app-based field management software to document and track job progress. • Cover a rotating weekend on-call schedule. • EPA certification • Valid driver's license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Company truck • Dental insurance • Fuel card • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday • On call • Overtime • Year round work Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities • Overtime pay • Performance bonus • Quarterly bonus People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: • HVAC: 10 years (Required) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) • EPA Certification (Required) Work Location: On the road
