Senior iOS Developer

Kody, a fast-growing Fintech specialising in bringing online payments and better financial services to brick and mortar businesses, is seeking a Senior iOS Developer to join their talented mobile development team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on the development and maintenance of Kody's iOS mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, enhance the performance and reliability of the applications, and ensure that they meet high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in iOS development, a strong understanding of iOS frameworks and architecture, and a passion for building user-friendly and secure applications. You should have a track record of delivering high-quality code and be skilled in problem-solving and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain iOS mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, reliability, and functionality of the applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in the applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS developments and trends.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of the applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
• Participate in code and design reviews.

• Extensive experience in iOS development - Swift.
• Strong understanding of iOS frameworks and architecture.
• Able to take ownership of the entire app deployment lifecycle in AppStore.
• Knowledge of iOS UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using APIs for network communication (we use gRPC/protobufs).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
