Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Legal Team of Ignitis Renewables, where you’ll take care of providing legal support for wind, solar, and battery projects. You'll ensure legal compliance, coordinate and negotiate contracts, and work closely with stakeholders. If If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Providing legal assistance for wind, solar, and battery greenfield projects, focusing on environmental, equipment supply, design, construction, operation, and commercial matters
• Ensuring the legality of business activities, documents, and bankability of project agreements
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements and other documents in both Lithuanian and English
• Collaborating with legal advisors, regulators, management, and other stakeholders on legal matters.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law
• 5 years of legal experience, preferably in construction (with FIDIC expertise as an advantage), land, or real estate sectors
• Experience in energy sector would be an advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English languages
• Proven ability to multitask, work autonomously and collaboratively, and manage stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.
