Job Description

The DevSecOps team within A&D is working on facilitating that the whole solution is building together by owning and promoting the use of modern CI-pipelines and automating delivery of various test environments.

A Senior DevOps Lead Engineer will take the lead in designing, developing, deploying and maintaining new and existing tooling/automation solutions to enable IFS to further drive the reliability and efficiency of its operation platforms.

Also the ideal candidate is expected to act as a driver of further automation in the area in which the person is working and ensures continued robustness of the team’s daily operations. This work is focused on ensuring that continuous integration, testing and deployment is facilitated through the use of industry DevOps best-practices and tools.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology along with minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in a similar role. 
• Operational experience in Docker, Kubernetes
• Scripting experience in Gradle, Terraform, PowerShell, Ansible, Python or similar
• Operational experience and strong understanding of Linux
• Operational experience in Cloud monitoring, Infrastructure monitoring, Application monitoring and Database monitoring
• Exposure to GIT, Bitbucket and/or Azure Pipelines 
• Exposure to open source scanning software such as JFrog Xray or WhiteSource
• Exposure to artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills along with an innovative mindset
• Exposure to MLOps is an added advantage.
