Department

You will be the part of FLSmidth’ s Service Execution team who is responsible for sales and execution of professional services for all FLSmidth products. This involves extensive travelling and involves high level of technical expertise and customer handling skills.

Role

You will be the part of FLSmidth’ s Service Execution team and responsible for sales support & Preparation of techno-commercial proposal for Automation service offerings including Plant Line Agreements for Indian customers in consultation with sales and execution managers.

Your responsibilities

• Knowledge about erection tools &tackles & hydraulic equipment for erection

• Must have worked in cement erection/retrofit Projects.

• To ensure that the erection is done as per the drawings/instructions provided by the Engineering Department

• To ensure that the work at site is done as per the safety norms.

• Ensuring proper and timely documentation of site reports to top management and client as required

• To ensure timely completion of assigned site jobs with quality and on time

• Interpret engineering drawing, site conditions & deriving methods at site for all critical erection works

• Minimum travel 200 Days/ year

• Capable of handling complex retrofits and trouble shoot

• Knowledge of industrial safety principles and practices

• Willingness to travel

• Should possess excellent communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Work in a team environment

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and vendors/contractor.

• Should be aware of latest site safety standards in the market.

• Should be capable of handling competitor's equipment.

• Should have proper knowledge of the manufacturing process of the industry.

• Strong time management skills at site Team player.

Education Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree Mech / Diploma in Mechanical Engg. with 10-12+ year Experience.
