Senior management consultant within strategy and transformation

Do you have strong consulting skills and experience in company strategy and transformation? We are looking for a colleague who will create a significant impact for our clients and be a key person in our growing Norwegian and Scandinavian strategy team.

Job content
The job content varies but includes the following:

• Being a key player in developing our Norwegian strategy consulting business
• Overall responsibility for consistently excellent delivery of client assignments in different industries and creating impact for our clients by supporting them through the transformation
• Management of stakeholders at all relevant levels of the client organisation
• Training and developing consultants on and off projects
• Building own client relationships with current and prospective clients

We are looking for someone who

• Holds at least one relevant master’s degree with excellent results, e.g. in business, economics and/or engineering
• Has 7-10 years of experience; a minimum of three years as a project manager from another consultancy company within strategy consulting. Experience working in a similar industry is an advantage
• Is a true functional and/or sector expert within their field of expertise with the ability to translate knowledge into client solutions
• Has experience from several of the following types of projects: company strategy development and execution, turnaround, commercial due diligence and business development
• Has the ability to establish good cooperation with clients at all organisational levels and is the top management’s trusted advisor
• Has strong sales capabilities
• Has strong process and project management skills and experience
• Has the ability and the desire to manage and develop other people

You are passionate about creating results, and you believe in an appreciative approach in the execution of change. You have strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to know what is important to the client and why. You also have the ability to understand people in the client organisation in order to identify how to create Change with Impact. You respect others for who they are. You are empathetic and create positive energy in the work environment.
