Your role and responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI and digital strategy roadmaps aligned with clients' business goals.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to shape effective digital solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored AI and digital solutions.
- Present strategic recommendations and oversee the execution of initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends competitive landscape and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners.

Required technical and professional expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in IT consultancy with a focus on AI and digital strategy.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading teams.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning natural language processing etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
