Your role and responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans budgets and timelines and allocate resources accordingly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing concerns and providing regular updates on project status.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders including clients team members and third-party vendors.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Contribute to proposal development and sales activities related to digital transformation projects.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management Information Technology Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of project management experience in IT consultancy with a strong focus on digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven success in managing large-scale projects and leading diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP Agile etc.).
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with digital technologies and tools used in transformation initiatives.
