Lead Business Integrity team in TikTok to building risk control and review product capabilities on behalf of TikTok Monetization Product and Engineering team. Our mission to setup the most trusted and safe connections in the world between people, businesses and TikTok.

The team including product and engineering team, works together to anticipate and predict potential threats to our platform, design and build tools to protect against these threats, and then implement and enforce these systems at scale. The team leverages data analysis, machine learning and a robust infrastructure to review the quality of sponsored content on our platform. We partner closely with almost all the TikTok teams, to ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses on TikTok.

Responsibilities:
1. Build highly scalable systems including ad fraud detection, risk control, ads integrity systems, to improve TikTok user's experiences with ads across the platform.
2. Lead product, engineering and operation teams to the success of a rapidly growing and evolving organization with speediness and quality.
3. Collaborate with strategy, policy teams and other key stakeholders to define products and drive initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Master or Phd degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering with 10+ years of work experience in relevant field, 5+ years of technical leadership experience.
2. Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way.
3. Deep understanding in the following domains: ad fraud detection, risk control, quality control, business integrity, and online advertising systems.
4. Deep knowledge in the following technical areas: backend, large-scale systems, data, full-stack.
5. Experience leading team ambitions rooted in monetization and business integrity, quantitatively undeniable results and communicating complex issues to stakeholders and leaders
