Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Optimization

Position Summary:

Horizon is expanding its data-driven digital marketing capabilities. The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Optimization will lead the development of Horizon's conversion optimization program for websites and emails to improve digital performance. This individual will also manage Horizon's Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager enterprise strategy in close coordination with partner agencies and Horizon's commercial analytics department. This is an exciting opportunity to lead establishing a consistent data and test-driven marketing approach across all Horizon businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Develop enterprise conversion optimization strategy in partnership with Horizon digital business leads
• Provide strategic recommendations to digital business leads for optimizing key conversion points in their marketing funnels, design A/B tests to improve key actions
• Lead the execution of conversion optimization tests and strategy in partnership with Horizon digital business leads
• Provide recommendations for advancing data/test-driven marketing initiatives in a restricted life science environment
• Lead the development and improvement of marketing analytics reporting and dashboards in coordination with agency partners, Horizon corporate analytics, and Horizon brand leads
• Supervise enterprise Google Analytics 360 implementation and manage optimizations and future integrations into commercial analytics
• Supervise enterprise Google Tag Manager implementation and manage ongoing optimizations and standardization
• Collaborate across stakeholders including agency partners, Horizon digital business leads, corporate analytics, the web development team, and the Horizon medical and regulatory review team
• Directly contribute to updates and optimizations across web analytics and optimization platforms including Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Hotjar, and Google Optimize

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• BA/BS degree required
• 5+ years hands-on experience with web and email optimization, conversion rate optimization, and working in a content management system
• 5+ years' experience with Google Analytics/Google Analytics 360 required
• 5+ years' experience with Google Tag Manager required
• 5+ years' experience with Google Optimize or similar testing platforms required
• 5+ years' experience with Google Data Studio/Tableau/PowerBI or similar preferred
• Current Google Analytics certification preferred
• Experience with Google BigQuery a plus
• Knowledge of html/css a plus
• Experience collaborating with vendors and analyst teams preferred.
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates, measuring and analyzing data
• Strong analytics skills and data-driven mindset
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
