This newly createdSEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Senior Managerrole reports directly to the Assistant Controller and is a key leadership position within the accounting team. You’ll be at the forefront of SEC reporting, technical accounting research, and policy development—while enjoying a work environment that truly values balance, growth, and excellence. What You’ll Do as SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Senior Manager: • Lead the preparation and review of Forms 10-Q and 10-K, including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A. • Ensure compliance with SEC rules and regulations through timely and accurate filings. • Drive technical accounting research and policy development across global accounting matters. • Collaborate with senior management and audit committees, and support investor relations and FP&A. • Oversee internal controls and support SOX 404 governance. • Review contracts for ASC 606 revenue recognition and assist with acquisition due diligence and purchase accounting. • Serve as a key liaison to internal and external auditors. • Continuously improve reporting processes and systems, including software implementation. What You Bring: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting; CPA required. • 6+ years of relevant experience (Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting firm or public company). • Deep expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting. • Strong technical accounting memo writing and presentation skills.
