Job Summary
We are seeking a Head of Marketing to establish, lead, and scale our marketing operations. This is a hands-on, results-driven leadership role for an individual with 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, bring structure and accountability to new systems, and have experience managing offshore marketing teams.
This leader will be responsible for creating marketing KPIs, ensuring ROI-driven performance, and executing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms. The role also collaborates closely with sales and executive leadership to develop client-facing materials and represent the company in meetings.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Structure
• Build the marketing department’s structure, processes, and KPIs from the ground up.
• Establish accountability frameworks and ensure delivery of high-quality work.
• Manage and develop a large offshore team aligned with U.S. business priorities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies (digital & traditional).
• Manage daily social media posting on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Lead employer branding efforts, including employee recognition and culture content.
• Enhance all divisions across all platforms: Google, Bing, etc. and identify new viable ones as the marketplace evolves. Own brand images including Indeed.
• Publish client video testimonials, Google Reviews across all divisions.
• Create education programs for account managers to build their presence as subject matter experts on social media. Monitor their participation and other key stakeholders to ensure support for marketing’s efforts.
• Create a marketing calendar per division at minimally a quarterly basis, preferably flexible yearly.
• Showcase our office spaces professionally.
• Ensure pictures and biographies are obtained and published with HR’s assistance. Utilize in presentations and social media.
• Develop new ideas to showcase our divisions such Chambers, Walks, or your ideas.
Sales & Client Enablement
• Partner with sales leadership to create pitch decks and case studies.
• Help account managers develop practice marketing strategies with PDS team too.
• Attend client meetings with senior leadership to present company capabilities.
• Develop tools and content to support business development.
• Document the history of all divisions via pictures and videos for both client, vendors and honored guests and share as appropriate on social media. (Must be comfortable taking pictures and videos or assigning to others to not miss marketing opportunities.)
• Assist the PDS team as needed for sales of their product, implementation, etc.
Performance & ROI
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks with documented implementation timelines and action plans.
• Create back up coverage for all initiatives.
• Monitor that all social media platforms are functioning properly and follow up immediately for any failures such as loss of Google Reviews.
• Track cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and ROI metrics.
• Provide executive updates on marketing performance and impact.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 6–10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
• Proven success building and scaling marketing functions in a high-growth setting.
• Experience managing offshore/remote teams (20+ employees).
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with social media, employer branding, and events.
• Excellent presentation and client communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver KPI- and ROI-driven results.
• Flexible schedule as needed for client, guests or vendors meetings or different client time zones.
Preferred
• Experience in healthcare or professional services.
• Familiarity with webinar tools (Zoom, LinkedIn Events).
• Proficiency with marketing platforms (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, analytics tools).
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
