Senior Mendix Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mendix Developer with strong frontend knowledge, particularly in React, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of a cutting-edge application that addresses key challenges within our client which is a Fortune 500 company in the USA, driving innovation and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the design, development, and deployment of the application using Mendix and React technologies.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the application aligns with customer’s user experience standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, and testers in an agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Regularly conduct demos and hypercare sessions to refine and optimize the application based on user feedback and testing outcomes.
• Engage with business partners throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing updates on progress.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience (4+ years) in developing robust applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Bootstrap.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3/SASS
• Experience with Mendix custom widgets
• Solid SQL skills
• Basic Java and Java Actions skills
• Experience in working with complex solutions for identification and authorization
• Demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical requirements with business goals.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading development teams, with a focus on mentoring and skill development.
• Mendix Certification: Advanced Developer Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating Mendix with existing enterprise services, toolchains, and DevOps processes.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and iterate on solutions to meet evolving business needs.
