Senior / Middle Mobile QA Engineer with automation skills

N-iX is looking for a Senior / Middle Mobile QA Engineer with automation skills  to join the team.

Our client is looking for an experienced QA/AQA Python Engineer to test their mobile application. The app is serving over a million users that rely on it for their day-to-day job. The app is a native app for both Android and iOS platforms. You will work in a team of 2 Android devs, 2 iOS devs, and 2 QA, and will perform manual testing of the apps as well as automation tasks using Appium.

Responsibilities

• Defining test plans and test cases, executing them, and reporting results
• Testing RESTful web services directly using tools such as Postman
• Testing mobile apps (iOS, Android) manually (30-40%)
• Writing automated tests in Python using Appium (60-70%)

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA experience
• 1+ years of experience with mobile testing (iOS, Android)
• Experience with testing RESTful web services using tools such as Postman
• 1+ years of experience writing automated tests in Python
• Experience with Appium is a plus
• Working knowledge of relational databases is a plus
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced methodology such as Agile/Scrum
• At least Intermediate level of English knowledge
• Fluent level of Ukrainian  knowledge
