Job description and key responsibilities

Edenred Mobility is launching a digital transformation program to overhaul the experience of fleet managers, drivers and merchants.

The Senior Mobile Developer is an expert on Flutter technology and will work closely with the team of developers committed in the creation of mobile apps which are used every day by millions of people.

Together with the Products Owners, the Designers, the Tribe Leaders, the QA within a Feature Team organization, you will develop and oversee the development of functional mobile applications. You will be directly involved with Flutter application coding, system debugging, code reviewing, and the development of operational procedures.

Mainly, you will be:

· Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

· Designing the technical architecture in accordance with functional prerequisites and making sure the architecture model is stable & will easily support future changes

· Lead and mentor a team of Flutter developers, providing guidance and technical expertise.

· Working closely with the Product Owner to have a very clear vision of core functionalities and functional / technical customizations expected by Business Units

· Translating Users Stories into technical specifications

· Working closely with various other teams (i.e. Architecture & Security)

Required skills & profile

The candidate will have to demonstrate:

· Significant experience using Flutter technology

· 5+ years experience in mobile development projects (iOS & Android)

· 2+ years experience in teams management

· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum context with tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence

· Software craftsmanship skills, adhering to best practices, and coding standards

· Good collaboration skills with history of establishing great relationships with UX and other teams

· Ability to work to your own initiative and without heavy oversight

· Fluent spoken and written English (international team).
