Job Functions & Responsibilities: The responsibilities include facilitating incident management, change management and problem management services on Network services domain. The job function requires engineers to perform these services from remote infrastructure management environment.

The responsibilities include facilitating incident management, change management and problem management services on diversified technological areas primarily focused to availability, routing, switching & connectivity including, but not limited to, Firewalls, VPN, Load Balancing, Switching, Routing, QoS, Link Management.

Essential Knowledgebase:

· Engineer should have intermediate to advanced knowledge and hands on in below mentioned technological areas.

· Routing - Advanced Routing, PBR, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP

· Switching – CatOS/IOS/Nexus, VLAN, STP, RSTP, VDC, HSRP/VRRP, VSS, Nexus VPC, FEX-Fabric.

· Link Management & QoS - LAN/WAN/ Links troubleshooting.

· Firewalls/VPNConcepts - ASA/ Netscreen/FWSM (Any one), AAA (Radius, Tacacs), 802.1x, IPsec (IKE, ESP, AH, tunnel mode, transport mode), Remote access & Site-to-site VPN. Understanding of attack i.e. spoofing, DHCP snooping, DAI, Zone based firewall concept, NAT/PAT,

· Server Load Balancer Concepts - BIGIP-F5/Netscaler/Radware (any one )

· Load balancing – Understanding of Application i.e. HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, FTP etc. load balancing method, One/ two arm setup, persistency, Content switching, SSL off loading

Additional Preferred Skills:

Engineers are expected to possess and practice basic to intermediate knowledge in any of below technological areas to perform day to day activities would be added advantage.

· Microsoft Azure & AWS and other cloud technologies.

· VMware NSX other SDN technologies. 

· Script language python and Json.
