Senior Performance Testers 

Location: Bangalore 

Job Description

• 4+ Years Technical/Performance Tester experience
• Familiarity with Performance Testing.
• Understand and perform Smoke Testing, Load/Performance Testing (different Test Scenarios, including Baseline), SOAK Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Not adverse to learning a Custom Performance Testing Tool.
• Installing and configuring a Custom Performance Testing Tool.
• Understanding System Architecture and Design – including components, interfaces, protocols, data flows, dependencies, and configuration of system under test.
• Designing Test Scenarios to meet documented test requirements.
• Designing and preparing Test Data to support test requirements.
• Create test files as appropriate.
• Run batches and jobs.
• Check results thoroughly.
• Follow defects raised through to conclusion.
• Work collaboratively with Team and Programme Participants.
• Report progress and issues.
