Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing Strategy team. You will help improve our corporate pricing framework and identify areas of revenue generation. You will also partner with other analysts on the team to build enhancements to our Pricing Dashboard in PowerBI. You will add capabilities to the dashboard and use the tool to bring insightful pricing strategy presentations to executives.

The role can be based in Portland and Denver. You will report to the Senior Manager of Pricing Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams such as Finance, Pricing Ops, Business Models to develop pricing team's business intelligence and pricing strategies across Autodesk
• Determine goals to build data-driven insightful presentations for executive leadership
• Maintain/enhance the Pricing Dashboard's underlying reporting structure, by working with data housed in QlikView, Business Objects and SQL servers
• Work with analytics, data science, and wider engineering teams to help with automating data analysis and visualization needs
• Create design and successful execution of pricing transformation initiatives and pricing data model
• Work with Pricing Operations/Management teams to implement pricing waterfall, global pricing launches, product pricing

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field)
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Strategic thinker with technical background
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Python
• Knowledge of data visualization and related tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)

Autodesk recherche un(e) analyste de prix experimente(e) pour rejoindre son equipe chargee de la strategie tarifaire. Vous contribuerez a ameliorer notre cadre de tarification et identifierez les domaines dans lesquels nous generons des revenus. Vous allez egalement travailler en partenariat avec d'autres analystes de l'equipe pour ameliorer notre tableau de bord des prix dans PowerBI. Vous ajouterez des fonctionnalites au tableau de bord et utiliserez l'outil pour presenter des strategies de tarification pertinentes aux cadres.

Le rôle peut être base a Portland et Denver. Vous relèverez du responsable de la strategie tarifaire.

Responsabilites

• Collaborer avec des equipes comme les services financiers, les operations de tarification et les modèles economiques pour developper les strategies de veille economique et de tarification de l'equipe dans l'ensemble d'Autodesk
• Determiner les objectifs pour elaborer des presentations pertinentes basees sur les donnees a l'intention des dirigeants
• Maintenir/ameliorer la structure de rapport sous-jacente du tableau de bord des prix, en travaillant avec des donnees hebergees dans QlikView, Business Objects et des serveurs SQL.
• Collaborer avec les equipes d'analyse, de science des donnees et d'ingenierie plus large pour automatiser les besoins en analyse et en visualisation des donnees
• Creer une conception et une execution reussie des initiatives de transformation des prix et du modèle de donnees de tarification
• Collaborer avec les equipes de gestion et d'operations de tarification pour mettre en œuvre la cascade de tarification, les lancements de tarification au niveau mondial et la tarification des produits.

Exigences minimales

• Baccalaureat dans un domaine analytique (p. ex., mathematiques, informatique, statistiques, affaires ou un domaine connexe)
• Entre 3 ans et 5 ans d'experience de travail pertinente
• Concepteur strategique avec experience technique
• Solides competences analytiques et capacite a recueillir, organiser, analyser et diffuser des quantites importantes d'informations avec un grand souci du detail et de l'exactitude
• Maîtrise avancee de Microsoft Excel et d'autres outils analytiques comme SQL, Snowflake, Python
• Connaissance de la visualisation des donnees et des outils associes (par exemple, PowerBI, Tableau)

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $82,500 and $142,340. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
