Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to all stages of the design process from user research to wireframes and shipping the product
• Gathering and understanding business objectives and user needs
• Designing user journeys, identifying pain points
• Conducting workshops, representing UX aspects
• Liaising and working with stakeholders, participating in specification and review processes to ensure the best possible user experience
• Professional leadership of product design projects
• User testing, interviewing and insight gathering, persona creation
• Leadership and mentoring of team members and client
• Collaborate with engineers, leadership, and customer-facing teams to develop design solutions that drive business value and align with strategic objectives.
• Be a self-starter and problem solver to facilitate self-identified opportunities in products and services

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years Product design experience
• Practical knowledge of design thinking methodology
• Passionate about creating seamless user-centric experiences
• User-centered mindset
• Understanding and high level of project insight
• Thorough knowledge of Figma, fluent in its use
• Proficiency in written and spoken English at an active, negotiation level
• Constructive approach
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of industry trends, innovative technologies

NICE TO HAVE

• AI, 3D, AR, VR design experience
• Experience in branding
• Experience in financial and healthcare sectors
• Experience in Service design
