Job Description

The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead and shape the future of Gousto's design system, ensuring consistency, usability, and re-susability across our digital products. Reporting to a design lead, you'll work closely within a Product Trio (Product Manager, Engineering Lead, and Senior Product Designer) to deliver impactful solutions that delight customers and align with our mission. You'll also play a key role in mentoring others and elevating design across Gousto.

You'll own the design system, drive end-to-end design processes, and collaborate with talented teams to create meaningful impact for Gousto customers. Success in this role looks like delivering intuitive solutions, fostering collaboration, and raising the bar for design across the company.

What You'll Do

• Shape the vision and strategy for your squad's product, aligning with broader customer and business goals
• Lead and evolve Gousto's design system, collaborating with engineers to maintain and enhance its quality
• Conduct product discovery through research activities to uncover problems, validate ideas, and identify opportunities
• Measure the success of design decisions with data, iterating based on insights
• Advocate for insight-driven decision making within your squad

Who You Are

• Skilled in designing and evolving scalable design systems
• Experienced in leading product discovery and research activies
• Proficient in visual design with a strong craft and attention to detail
• Data-informed in your approach to design decisions
• Adept at creating intuitive and engaging user flows and prototypes
• Collaborative, with a proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
