Senior Product Designer

Remote position within Argentina & Uruguay only.

Ryz Labs is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join one of our valued clients—a globally recognized leader in digital sports experiences. Our client operates a vertically integrated platform that blends cutting-edge digital and physical capabilities for some of the world’s most prominent sports leagues, teams, colleges, and associations.

In this role, you will focus on enhancing the post-transaction experience of their e-commerce platform, ensuring it resonates with users and delivers exceptional value. You’ll be working within a high-performing, collaborative team that values innovative design, data-driven decisions, and user-centered principles. What You’ll Do:

- Lead the design process from concept to execution, delivering pixel-perfect deliverables and maintaining a high standard of excellence throughout every step.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and researchers, to create and refine designs that elevate the customer experience.

- Drive usability testing efforts and leverage qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform and improve your designs.

- Take ownership of design challenges within the e-commerce ecosystem, particularly around improving post-transaction touchpoints.

- Communicate your ideas effectively through strong verbal, written, and visual storytelling—both internally and externally.

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

- Proficiency in Figma with the ability to create stunning, user-centered designs and prototypes.

- Expertise in transforming high-level concepts into detailed deliverables through a highly iterative and collaborative approach.

- A sharp eye for usability: Solid understanding of user research and testing methodologies, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, techniques, and software applications.

- A results-oriented mindset, detail-oriented execution, and a professional demeanor that thrives under deadlines.

- A positive, open-minded attitude with the ability to take and implement feedback constructively.

- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering thoughtful, user-focused solutions.

Bonus Points For:

- Previous experience within the e-commerce space.

- Familiarity with U.S. Sports and properties and a passion for great product and design
