About the Role:

As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a central role in leading the vision and execution of our Digital Product Information Management solution, directly influencing our brand presence, e-commerce site, and overall digital landscape. Your work will be visible across customer and consumer-facing platforms, driving Essity’s success in digital sales growth and delivering exceptional online experiences that support our customers and business objectives.

You will also collaborate across diverse teams, ensuring digital solutions not only meet our standards for efficiency and quality but also exceed expectations for customer satisfaction. Your insights will strengthen our digital presence, enabling more impactful marketing, sales, and engagement initiatives worldwide.

What You Will Do:

• Own and Lead Product Information Management – Take full accountability for end-to-end implementation.

• Drive Digital Initiatives - Develop and implement digital products using Agile methodologies.

• Optimize Data Flows: Collaborate with the Master Data Service Line to define and streamline end-to-end data processes, improving both efficiency and quality.

• Align Business and Product Goals - Ensure every aspect of the project supports key business objectives.

• Build Platform Capabilities - Oversee the planning and rollout of digital platforms, enhancing interactions with e-commerce, brand websites, and internal systems.

• Communicate with Stakeholders - Provide updates on the product roadmap, project milestones, timelines, costs, and funding needs.

• Lead Cross-functional Internal & External Teams - Guide and support teams, including Business Analysts, working closely with Essity’s Agile Product Triangle, IT, and Business Units to drive successful implementation and adoption.

Who You Are:

• Over 5 years of experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary digital projects (PIM, DAM, CMS, eCommerce, Mobile).

• Strong understanding of data structures and governance, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of data flows.

• Experience in managing products with both internal stakeholders and external teams, especially within nearshore delivery models.

• Familiarity with systems like SAP Hybris and SDL Tridion.

• Certification in Agile Product Ownership and experience with JIRA is a plus.

• Willingness to travel when needed, mostly in Europe, to support project goals and collaborate with global teams.

• Fluent in English (written and verbal) - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
