What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years program or project management experience.
  • Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery.
  • Experience with content management systems and global localization.
  • Experience with external vendor management.
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience writing copy for digital game tools and eCommerce sites.
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
  • Proficiency with project management software, especially JIRA / Atlassian tools.
  • Experience with Dungeons & Dragons.
