Senior Python Developer (LLM-based applications, SME)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Python Developer to join our team. You’ll work on projects involving large language models and machine learning, collaborating with diverse teams to build impactful features that shape the future of financial management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python
• Deeply engage with different areas of our product suite to understand user needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.
• Manage databases with PostgreSQL and build real-time data pipelines with Kafka
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
• Create and deploy applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve domain-specific problems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions

• Proven experience as a Python engineer with a strong background.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, sci-kit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Django or Flask frameworks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Experience in the fintech sector is an advantage.
