Senior React Native Developer (m/f/d)

About the role 

We are looking to hire Senior React Native Developer to join an innovative project in the healthcare domain for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Your role in the project will support digitalization to better meet the needs of healthcare professionals, regulators, and patients. This position requires a strong hands-on developer that will fully participate in the software development process – design, development, unit testing, and technical documentation. You will use the Scrum methodology to create cutting-edge software solutions that set standards and will exchange knowledge and experience with other mobile specialists.

About the team 

With over 20 years of industry experience, our mobile development team incorporates the latest mobile development technologies like React Native, Swift UI, Jetpack Compose and Flutter, providing technical expertise to ensure success in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Our experts develop outstanding native and hybrid mobile apps for smart sensors, medical equipment, thermal imaging cameras, building automation systems, farm equipment, and many others. 

• Participate in the architecture, design and development phase of software production
• Provide technical leadership and expertise to the other team members 
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications 
• Deliver high-quality software with extensive Unit Testing
• Participate successfully in an established daily Scrum process 

• 5+ years of experience with component-based front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue etc) with at least 3 years of experience with React Native 
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax and features 
• Experience with Redux, React Navigation, and other common React Native libraries 
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Android Studio, and Gradle 
• Experience in deploying apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store 
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries/integrations 
• Expert understanding of responsive design principles and experience working with designers to create polished, user-friendly interfaces 
• Solid experience with writing unit tests using test libraries for React Native - Jest, Enzyme 
• Passion for building great mobile applications 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team 
• Experience with SCRUM development methodology 
• Excellent spoken and written English 

• Experience with NodeJS
• Experience with GraphQL
• Familiarity with Accessibility
• Experience with Detox
• Has previously worked with language translations and right-to-left languages
• Has published apps for the App Store and Google Play
