Benefits Exclusive to All Goettl Employees: • On-going training for professional and financial growth • Benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life • 401K with match • Career opportunities in multiple locations • Paid time off Additional Benefits for Our Field Employees (Plumbing and HVAC): • Uniform service • Fully stocked and maintained vans you take home • Gas Card • iPad and company supplied smart phone • Full time employment • Limited on-call rotation Here's what you need to be a successful candidate: • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential plumbing service • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKEND SHIFTS • Proven ability to work within a team environment and be committed to educated and professional growth. • Ability to pass a background check and drug test. • Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and bend, stoop, stand and crawl for prolonged periods of time • Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces. • Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record • Must be over 21 • Ability to provide a basic set of your own tools • Must have flexibility to work schedule (days and hours including some nights & weekends) • High school diploma or equivalent. • Progressive and Committed Work History • Excellent attitude and teamwork experience • Proven record of excellent attendance • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
