Senior Reuse Centre Coordinator

Salary: £11,232.00 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 16 hours per week

Location: Veolia , Unit 501 Queensway Business Park, Hadley, TF1 7UL.

What you'll be doing;

• Engage with the public to divert reusable items from general waste

• Manage the reuse warehouse, including item retrieval and pricing

• Ensure health and safety compliance, including risk assessments and site inductions

• Grow sales and reuse events to maximise revenue and minimise waste

• Contribute to social media channels and work with communications team for promotion

• Manage reuse events, including cash handling and volunteer coordination

• Identify growth opportunities and maintain data records (tonnages, charities)

• Build relationships with charities and internal stakeholders while minimising costs

What we're looking for;

• Physical fitness and driving skills preferred.

• Experience in managing people and volunteers

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to prioritise tasks and provide innovative solutions

• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and proactive with a fast learning aptitude
