Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Support Specialist to join Rapidscale. In this role, you will provide essential support to the sales team in cross-selling and upselling across all companies, as well as offer administrative support to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level executive support to key stakeholders, including the Chief Revenue Officer and other sales leaders.
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and leadership summits, handling logistics and coordination.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements & accommodations and build expense reports for the CRO and other team members.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely response to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Supports implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives

Experience Requirements:
Minimum:
  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field
  • The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience; or 7 years' experience in a related field
  • 5 or more years of experience in sales support and executive assistance roles, preferably in the technology or cloud computing industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management, and customer relationship management.
  • Proven track record in providing executive-level support, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and project management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing business needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal teams and external customers.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a high-growth company or during a merger and acquisition process is a plus.
