About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Internal Automation Team. which is working on improving internal processes within the company. Currently the team is focusing on the customer onboarding journey.

What the role involves

As a Salesforce Administrator, together with a fellow Salesforce Engineer you’ll be:

• Supporting the team in accelerating the onboarding process
• Supporting the company to improve internal processes, and implementing automation
• Gathering requirements from English speaking Stakeholders, proposing, and deciding on solutions while communicating the progress
• Maintaining and integrating new third-party solutions like Gong, Thena, Ironclad, Vicasso, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Proposing improvements to the platform, so we can have a structured, intuitive experience for our internal customers
• Together with Tech Leader and fellow engineers, you will be creating, maintaining, and prioritising the technical backlog

• You have a Salesforce Administrator Certification (other certifications are a plus),
• You have a minimum 2 years of experience in an administrator role,
• You have an advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud and basic knowledge of Service Cloud,
• You have strong experience building and managing automation flows,
• You have experience in AppExchange and third-party integrations in Salesforce,
• You’re able to conduct in-depth, technical conversations with English speaking Stakeholders, gather requirements, propose and decide on solutions,
• You can write and maintain a comprehensive documentation,
• You’re self-motived, proactive, methodical, and you pay high attention to detail,
• You take ownership of your work.

What happens next?

• Selected candidates will be invited for an initial interview with our Talent Acquisition representative. The video meeting will take about 45 minutes,
• Then it’s time for a second interview! The meeting will be conducted by the team’s Tech Lead and our Salesforce Engineer. The interview will take about 75 minutes,
• Our CTO and Head of Engineering would also like to chat with you :) You can expect the meeting to last approximately 45 minutes,
• If successful, you will be given a job offer proposal.
