About The Job

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with external systems and deliver robust, high-quality functionality to end users.

What you will do:

• Business Process Implementation: Participate in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and map them into Salesforce.
• Architecture & Optimization: Contribute to the design of Salesforce architecture and continuously look for ways to optimize existing solutions.
• Feature Development: Implement new functionalities following best practices, ensuring quality and maintainability of the codebase.
• User Support: Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, identifying root causes to maintain system stability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (Product, QA, etc.) to ensure efficient delivery and alignment with business goals.

What we expect from candidate:

• Salesforce Certificates: Possessing relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I/II).
• 3+ Years’ Experience: Proven track record working on Salesforce implementations at scale.
• Fluent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with global teams.
• SFDX (2+ Years): Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX for development and deployment.
• LWC (2+ Years): In-depth knowledge and experience building custom Lightning Web Components.
• OOP & Databases: Clear understanding of the OOP paradigm and database concepts.
• Integrations: Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP web services, including configuration of API integrations.
• User-Centric Mindset: Keen understanding of user value and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Time Management & Proactivity: Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
