We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate application development within an Agile/Scrum environment. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to Agile principles foster team collaboration and drive continuous improvement. Experience with Salesforce application development is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all standard Scrum/Agile ceremonies including:
- Daily Stand-Ups
- Sprint Planning
- Sprint Retrospectives
- Backlog Grooming
- Burndown Chart reviews
- Keep the team focused on deliverables by removing impediments and resolving conflicts that impact productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams individual contributors and management to enhance communication and transparency.
- Monitor and report on Agile metrics and team performance.
- Ensure Agile practices and principles are consistently followed.
- Drive continuous improvement within and across teams.
- Manage and execute projects using JIRA.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for project execution and tracking.
- Excellent facilitation communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to coach teams and foster a collaborative environment.
- Experience facilitating application development on the Salesforce platform .
- Familiarity with Agile metrics and reporting tools.
- Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) .
- Experience working with distributed teams.
