What You'll Be Doing:

• Be a champion of quality and operational excellence, establish the testing strategy, roadmap and quality metrics for quality measurement and operational excellence.
• Work closely with team members (developers, product manager, customer support and various stakeholders) to develop, test and deliver high quality products.
• Make hands-on contributions to the planning and execution of test automation.
• Oversee all facets of quality control, from product inception to delivery, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain test frameworks, tools, and automation infrastructure to support efficient and scalable testing processes.
• Monitor and analyse test results, identify trends, and provide insights to improve product quality and testing efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related major is preferred.
• 5+ years experience in software testing practice and methodologies, both manual and automated.
• Have hands-on experience developing app automation solutions using Appium and integrating with mobile cloud solutions such as BrowserStack.
• Able to create test suites with Javascript-based testing frameworks, e.g. Cypress/Playwright.
• Fluent in Java & Javascript. 
• Familiar with the STLC process in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with TestRail is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is a plus. 
• Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
• Excellent communication (spoken and written) skills and able to work independently.
