The Role : At Sprinto, we are seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to drive the development and scalability of our AI-powered solutions. In this pivotal role, you'll shape Sprinto's AI ecosystem, refine system efficiency, and define technical strategies for our end-to-end machine learning (ML) and AI infrastructure. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including product engineers, data scientists, product managers, and compliance experts—you'll create and manage robust data pipelines and scalable tools that enable rapid AI innovation.

As part of the core AI team, you'll lay the groundwork for foundational infrastructure and developer-focused tools that empower Sprinto's engineering teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address challenges in AI development, focusing on enhancing efficiency and usability.
• Architect, develop, and optimize AI infrastructure and tools, including pipelines for model training, vector search systems, and performance evaluation frameworks.
• Create and refine centralized AI services like document parsing, search, and large language model (LLM) integration.
• Balance competing priorities by making strategic trade-offs that align with business goals, user needs, and sustainable technical architecture.
• Lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and mentorship within the engineering team.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years as a software engineer in fast-paced environments.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience building and scaling platform solutions for developers, with a focus on reliability, performance optimization, and monitoring.
• Data Pipeline Expertise: Proven ability to design and scale data pipelines, balancing considerations like architecture, developer experience, and performance.
• AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with modern AI/ML technologies, model evaluation techniques, and leveraging AI to address user challenges.
• Startup Agility: Experience working in rapidly growing startups or dynamic teams where adaptability and action-driven approaches are essential.
• User-Centric Mindset: A proactive attitude toward engaging with end users, coupled with a commitment to building solutions that cater to their needs effectively.
